He has worked in an international telecom company with a multicultural workforce as well as had the opportunity to learn abroad (Sweden), both enabling him to learn from different cultures and appreciate diversity.  His passion for technical learning is only superseded by his love for the word of God and its power to transform the individual as well as society. Tafere Fentahune

TAFERE FENTAHUNE

business development consultant
Northwest Ethiopia

After getting a BA from Unity University in 2008 in General Management, Tefere grew in his management skills when he became the project director of a Agricultural Development project for SIM in 2013. In this position he has developed a desire to help people to become their best selves. He has learned the power of giving tasks without high involvement to let people stand and walk on their own. He relates this to raising his four children as they all have learned had to learn to walk with less and less assistance. Tafere’s heart is for both faith leaders and marketplace leaders to obey the Word of God as they seek to do business God’s way.
